Born and raised in St. Louis Missouri in the inner city.
Webster University 1995 A were I receive my BA in Art History.
Also received Master ‘s of Art in Art studies Fontbonne University in 1997 and Master’s Degree in Education emphasis in Curriculum Design from University of Missouri in 2010.
For the past 15 years Byron has worked in both the art and education field and social services in many different capacities. He started off as a Social Group worker for United Church Neighborhood and later became assistant program director, Director of Seigal Caring Communities program and a Community Art Program Manager for Bi-State/ Metro Arts in Transit program. These jobs all at one point or another inspired Byron to teach and gave me ideas for subject matters for my art.

Currently Byron works at Hazelwood Central High Schools. Byron also worked on several commissions such as mural projects for area schools in Alabama and St. Louis.
